Shipping charges and available delivery methods will be shown during checkout after you enter your delivery address.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on order weight and delivery location.

  • Service Availability: Certain services may not be available in all areas or remote postcodes.

  • All deliveries require date selection at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery – Estimated 5 to 7 working days

  • Express Delivery – Estimated 2 to 3 working days

  • Next Day Delivery – Available for orders placed before 12 PM (subject to availability)

Order Weight Guidelines

  • Orders Up to 2kg

Important Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday (Excludes weekends and public holidays)

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 1 PM are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed the next working day.

  • Restricted Areas: Additional fees may apply to some remote or non-mainland locations.

  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the package, redelivery charges may apply.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for prompt resolution.
